Early on, Totura turned around an unprofitable branch of Inacom Information Systems, a Fortune 50 global provider of distributed IT products and services; and CW Electronics, a Connecting Point reseller. He was an instrumental part of two services start-up divisions within IBM; and transferring Intelligent Electronic’s service programs and communities to Ingram Micro. He currently sits on the executive committee of the Channel Vanguard Council, a collaborative group of solution providers working to create tools that aid the business maturation of the channel.
