If our product does not perform as advertised, please notify us within 72 hours of purchase. Our customer support staff is available 7 days a week, and we do our very best to make sure the product performs as advertised. Assuming you have notified us within 72 hours of purchase, if we are unable to resolve the issue (the issue must be significant in nature relative to the entirety of the software) within 3 days of you notifying us, we will refund your purchase price in FULL. Please note that you must provide us reasonable access to resolve your issue. We do not provide refunds for simply changing your mind, using an unsupported anti-virus, for lack of physical/administrative access required to facilitate troubleshooting, or third party application upgrades (including anti-virus) after the date of purchase.
