Prior to Veriato, Elizabeth was CEO of Sittercity which is on a mission to make child care finally work. It is a two sided digital marketplace that connects families with care givers. Sittercity was in need of a reboot when she joined in 2017. She helped build a world class team, improved the platform, got profitable and sold to Bright Horizons in August of 2020.
Prior to Sittercity, she was President and CMO of ADARA, driving marketing strategy, accelerated revenue growth and operational excellence globally for the travel data DSP/DMP. Before joining ADARA, she built the marketing services business at Chegg prior to which she was Senior Vice President of Media at Electronic Arts managing sales, marketing, and operations globally, connecting marketers with gamers across all EA platforms, including console, web, social and mobile and creating many new formats that are now industry standards.
Earlier in her career she had the good fortune to work at Yahoo!, CNET, ZDNet and PC Magazine. She is passionate about helping others on their journeys. She enjoys aiming high, assembling and enabling great teams, delivering results, and laughing a lot along the way. She resides in New Jersey with her husband and two daughters, and loves being on a beach, ski slope or in a different country with the three of them.
Brad Miller has served as CEO and Chairman since March 2010. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Perimeter eSecurity where he pioneered Security-in-the-Cloud. Brad grew Perimeter from under $1MM to $60MM in revenues for a compound annual growth rate of over 600%. This outstanding growth rate earned Perimeter numerous awards including Deloitte Fast 50 and 500 5 years in a row. Leveraging these accomplishments Brad secured over $100MM in capital for Perimeter from Goldman Sachs, Bessemer Venture Partners and others.
Prior to his time at Perimeter, Brad was COO of Production Resource Group, which he grew from $30mm to $350mm in 2 years via the acquisition of 24 companies. During that time, Brad raised over $275mm in capital for PRG.
Brad has won several personal awards including Innovator of the Year and was an Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year finalist. Finally, he and his business accomplishments have been featured in several books including The Business of Software by renowned MIT Sloane Business School professor Michael Cusumano.
Brad started his career at Schroders, an international investment bank, where he focused on Mergers and Acquisitions and founded the Financial Sponsors Group. Prior to that, he received his MBA from Columbia University where he is now a Mentor in the Entrepreneurship Institute helping current students advance their business plans. Brad has served or currently serves on the Boards of Palomar Technologies, Production Resource Group, Perimeter eSecurity and Awareness Technologies.

Lyndon Laemmerhirt joined InterGuard Software in March of 2012 as Controller and has moved up through the ranks. His role now encompasses both accounting and operations. During his tenure at InterGuard, Lyndon oversaw the migration of InterGuard Software's Data center to AWS, implemented modern phone systems, ticketing and chat systems and streamlined accounting processes and reporting to include automated billing as well as dunning processes.
Prior to that Lyndon worked for IBM Global Finance, a wholly owned subsidiary of IBM. His area of focus was in Canada lease & loans as well as US syndications. Prior to that experience he worked in intercompany accounting for IBM EMEA.
Before his time at IBM Lyndon worked for the US Air Force in the area of Computer Communications, to include Cisco infrastructure, LAN, WAN, multiplexing, Satcom, and long haul communication equipment.

Steven Schonberg brings a strong focus of technical elegance and operational efficiency to InterGuard. Throughout his 11 years of experience in bringing new software products to market, Steven has held many tech leadership roles (many times concurrently), covering product strategy, sales engineering and R&D management responsibilities. Steven is a proud alumnus of the University of Connecticut.

Amy Marion is VP of Marketing and Sales at InterGuard Software. Prior to joining InterGuard, Amy served as the Head of Marketing for Unbound Tech, bringing to market disruptive cybersecurity products, especially in the field of cryptography and biometrics. Amy has more than 15 year of experience in driving early-stage enterprise security software and related technologies to successful acquisition; including ObserveIT (acquired by ProofPoint), Hexatier (acquired by Huawei), and Fraud Sciences (acquired by PayPal). She holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in English from the University of Missouri.
